Spend Sunday afternoon in sunny San Jose dancing in the Poor House Bistro's covered outdoor patio to that great band - Andre Thierry and Zydeco Magic.
NOTE: Rain or shine, we will be there! If you joined Andre and the band in the past, you know what a good time can be passed here. Owner Jay Meduri rolls out the red carpet (or in this case red bricks) just for Zydeco dancers.
This sweet venue is one block from the San Jose Arena/HP Pavilion, LightRail (take San Fernando stop) and Caltrain. There is ample free parking.
The Louisiana-influenced food is sure to please. All beverages can be purchased at the Poor House's reasonable bar featuring their fabulous Poor House Hurricane (in memory of Katrina victims).
The band is playing for tips so please be generous (suggested donation $10-$20). Thanks!!! See you there!
